How to use it in 4 EASY STEPS
STEP 1: Wash your face and remove all trace of makeup and pat dry.
STEP 2: Get the applicator and remove excess from.
STEP 3: Apply as if it was eyeliner around your eyes, directly on the skin surface in the lash base it is not necessary to apply a lot do the same on brow if desire. Do not apply in your lashes or brows directly.
