STEP 3: Apply as if it was eyeliner around your eyes, directly on the skin surface in the lash base it is not necessary to apply a lot do the same on brow if desire. Do not apply in your lashes or brows directly.

STEP 4: Wait 1 – 2 minutes and continue your regular beauty regime.
